Requirements
- Client or internal stakeholder management experience
- Logical, structured thinking and numerical analysis affinity
- Leveraging market analysis, customer engagements, and opportunities for strategic decisions, innovation, and competitive advantage
- Payments technology or cybersecurity knowledge (threat intelligence or risk management) and application to customer/market needs
- Experience using tools for data analytics and business intelligence on cyber threats, fraud, risk, and vulnerability
- Translating complex technical capabilities into effective customer-centric solutions
- Analyzing customer metrics and leveraging data for customer success initiatives
- Identifying next opportunities for customers to enhance partnership strength and value
- Creative thinking and development of innovative solutions for complex customer challenges
- Seamless teamwork with diverse high performing team, nurturing inclusive culture, and focus on development
- Experience with large/emerging Technology, Financial Services, Acquirers/Processors, Service Providers, or digital platform partners
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Engage stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand cyber threats
- Identify optimization opportunities to drive customer value and strategic goals
- Articulate key performance indicators for cost, performance, and optimization
- Leverage Mastercard Services to achieve customer goals and value propositions
- Identify opportunities for additional Mastercard products to enhance value
- Evaluate business models, partnerships, and agreements for financial viability
- Develop training materials and customer-facing playbooks for scalability
- Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-centric solutions
- Gather and report customer feedback on product gaps and pain points
- Refine value propositions and improve products using stakeholder insights
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
- Report suspected information security violations or breaches
- Complete periodic mandatory security trainings
