Tasks
- Support the German region in EMEA
- Operate at the intersection of technology and creativity
- Apply technical knowledge in a sales setting
- Blend storytelling and sales with technology's value delivery
- Help prospective customers understand Braze's capabilities
- Build prospective customer confidence in Braze's team
- Advise recognizable brands at all organizational levels
- Bring passion for storytelling and technical skills to the team
- Hone skills as a Solution Engineer
- Expand knowledge of B2C engagement marketing
- Expand knowledge of mobile marketing automation
- Expand knowledge of email and SMS
- Expand knowledge of APIs and analytics
- Expand knowledge of architecture design
- Collaborate with EMEA teammates across departments
- Get things done for customers
- Collaborate closely with the local VP of Sales
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership
- Own ideas and address identified gaps
- Apply creative thinking to solve customer needs
- Engage with challenges beyond existing capabilities
- Receive support from teammates and leadership
