Tasks
- Consult with HR and management to develop impactful dashboards
- Design and implement analytics solutions for executive decision support
- Establish foundations for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses
- Deliver SAP BI solutions within an agile DevOps team
- Analyze requirements and design technical solutions for HR analytics
- Implement and test ETL processes and develop data models
- Create ABAP and SQL reports for HR planning and reporting
- Monitor technology trends and enhance the platform capabilities
- Provide technical consulting and coaching to team members
