Description

In this role, you will enhance the internal developer platform while collaborating with teams to achieve business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring peers, managing system upgrades, and proactively addressing challenges to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• •At least 8 years of professional experience
• •Expertise in automatic generation of infrastructure
• •Deep industry knowledge and awareness of technical landscape
• •Extensive expertise with Kubernetes, cloud native solutions, GitOps and CICD
• •Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• •Ability to set clear and challenging goals and pursue them with enthusiasm
• •Good understanding of business objectives and incorporation into work

Tasks

• •Maintain and improve the internal developer platform
• •Participate in meetings and foster cross-team collaboration
• •Teach peers to set up systems and drive execution plans
• •Coordinate team efforts to avoid working in silos
• •Proactively communicate issues and address necessary trade-offs
• •Take ownership of issues and manage larger refactors or system upgrades
• •Estimate scope of work and coordinate with stakeholders to address risks
• •Mentor and enhance the technical skills of the team
• •Anticipate issues and pursue mutually beneficial strategies
• •Create and lead meetings when necessary
• •Critically review plans and adjust as needed
