- Fluent German and English (C1); advantageous: additional language skills (Slavic)
- Desirable: Social/gender competence, experience promoting young/female scientists
- Willingness to relocate to Vienna-Hainburg (on-site)
Tasks
- Support Dean's strategic planning for E167 institute
- Coordinate planning and construction with Faculty, institutions, consultants, and GUT
- Represent user interests during planning and construction
- Manage the planning and construction process
- Manage, develop, and monitor institute's start-up phase
- Identify funding instruments for E167 research
- Support department management on economic and administrative matters
- Intervene to address project plan deviations
- Establish site management for Hainburg campus operations
- Plan personnel needs
- Recruit new staff
- Plan, administer, and monitor the budget
- Perform project controlling
- Report on personnel and material costs budget
- Serve as communication interface for research partners
- Manage communication within TU, campus, and internationally
- Coordinate research and teaching communication
- Organize events to establish the research portfolio
- Organize events promoting Hainburg as research site
- Collaborate on strategic reporting for TU and faculty
- Collaborate with EULiST team on EU Alliance integration
