Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in SAP application management, ideally SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP S/4HANA Release & Change Management
  • Incident, Problem, and Service Management (ITIL-oriented)
  • Security and audit-related topics
  • User Management
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Finance processes (FI/CO or adjacent)
  • Sound accounting knowledge, preferable in banking industry
  • Ability to coordinate complex topics across multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English skills; German is an advantage

Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA services
  • Coordinate with SAP Infrastructure Team and external vendors
  • Communicate transparently during incidents and changes
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions
  • Plan and coordinate SAP S/4HANA release upgrades
  • Support and improve documentation, monitoring, and processes
  • Coordinate security, vulnerability fixes, and audit findings
  • Contribute to cross-functional Finance & IT initiatives
