- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
- 12+ years experience in consulting/services sales, capture management, business development or technology-led sales in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operations-related environments
- Strong track record in shaping and closing complex transformation deals
- Comfort with aligning multiple leadership stakeholders (CIOs & CTOs)
- Confident, pragmatic communication style, strong negotiation skills, sound judgment
- Fluency in German and English
- Readiness to travel across Central & Eastern Europe
Tasks
- Own the Industry X sales pipeline
- Identify and qualify complex services-led transformation opportunities
- Develop complex services-led transformation opportunities
- Target industrial clients in Central & Eastern Europe
- Prioritize opportunities with a strong German focus
- Lead complex capture processes end-to-end
- Shape the pursuit story
- Structure the pursuit process
- Align internal teams for pursuits
- Develop commercial paths, including pricing and deal constructs
- Drive opportunities through negotiation and close
- Build trusted C-level and functional relationships
- Engage senior stakeholders in Digital Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations
- Engage senior stakeholders in CIO and CTO organizations
- Understand commercially relevant stakeholder needs
- Translate needs into clear paths to value and business
- Scale partner-led sales
- Drive ecosystem-related opportunities
- Engage in sell-with and co-selling motions
- Navigate complex, account-driven sales scenarios
- Focus on Engineering Software and Shopfloor Automation convergence
- Collaborate across Accenture teams
- Work closely with client account and industry leads
- Partner with solution architects and delivery leads
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners
- Create compelling solutions across industry segments
- Travel across Central & Eastern Europe for client meetings
