- •Fluency in English and German
- •Well-established network within banks and brokers in DACH region
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- •Consultative, client-first approach to business development
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Drive new client acquisition in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- •Expand existing client relationships for derivatives and securities platforms
- •Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of sales opportunities
- •Ensure consistent progression through the sales cycle
- •Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market trends
- •Engage with senior stakeholders to understand trading challenges
- •Position FIS solutions effectively for client needs
- •Maintain productive relationships with key market players and consultants
- •Collaborate with internal teams to create client-specific proposals
- •Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (Dynamics)
- •Report on pipeline health and performance
- •Stay informed on regional market regulations like EMIR and MiFID II
- •Promote FIS derivatives offerings, including SaaS and managed services
