- •Experience improving funnels and conversion end-to-end
- •Analytical skills in SQL, advanced Excel, BI tools, and BigQuery
- •Hands-on CRM experience in HubSpot or similar
- •Experience using automation tools like n8n
- •Understanding of KPIs, attribution logic, and cohort analysis
- •Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights
- •Fluency in English with German or French as pluses
- •Drive to create real business impact
- •Structured thinking and cross-functional communication skills
- •Energy for complexity and ownership
- •Ability to turn messy datasets into insights
