  • •Microfabrication experience in cleanroom
  • •Experience in lab environment characterization for MEMS devices
  • •Proficiency in English and German
  • •Teamwork and good communication skills
  • •Willingness to relocate to Austria/Villach

Doctoral / PhD

Tasks

  • •Develop MEMS-based device technology from concept to prototype
  • •Design and implement experiments to improve device performance
  • •Fabricate prototypes using 200 mm wafer level technology
  • •Perform advanced electrical and mechanical testing on MEMS devices
  • •Communicate and report scientific research results
