- Drive integration of reliability models into digital platforms
- Partner with digital and IT teams on data-driven solutions
- Establish reliability engineering standards and guidelines
- Develop training programs for reliability engineering
- Define and track reliability KPIs
- Deliver executive insights on reliability performance

- Master's degree
