Senior QA Specialist, Clean Utilities and Environmental Monitoring(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Academic degree in Life Science/Engineering/Quality Management
- Experience in regulated Medical device/Drug product/Drug Substance site
- Experience with Lean/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma
- GMP compliance expertise
- Ability to interface and communicate with customers/regulatory bodies
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Accurate and legible documentation
- Ability to work on call/out of normal hours
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (advantage)
Tasks
- Support QA operations as QA On The Floor
- Collaborate with Clean Utilities and Environmental Monitoring teams
- Interact with Production, Engineering, and Project Management teams
- Ensure compliance with GxP standards and regulatory guidelines
- Develop and implement quality procedures
- Monitor and maintain quality compliance
- Support SOP landscape management
- Manage electronic batch records
- Conduct training for QA operations
- Handle deviation and CAPA management
- Manage change control processes
- Support audits and inspections
- Implement Lean and OPEX approaches
- Foster quality improvement projects
- Provide KPI reporting
- Execute action plans for improvement
- Work collaboratively with QA Operations and department colleagues
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
