Requirements

  • Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau, Baumanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Industrieprojekte (EPC/EPCM)
  • Verständnis Planungs-/Abwicklungsprozess Großprojekte, unternehmerisches Gespür
  • Eigenverantwortliche, konzeptionelle, strukturierte, gewerkeübergreifende Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientiertes Verhandlungsgeschick, Gespür für Menschen/Sachverhalte
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen (Deutschland/Europa)

Tasks

  • Gesamtverantwortung für EPCM-Projekte übernehmen
  • Ganzheitliche Projektabwicklung sicherstellen
  • Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverantwortung wahrnehmen
  • Projektentscheidungen herbeiführen
  • Projektteam führen und steuern
  • Als Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen agieren
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation sicherstellen
  • Projekterfolg mit Mitteln herbeiführen

Education
