- •Graduate of a technical or scientific course of study or equivalent working experience
- •Advanced skills in troubleshooting software-based medical devices
- •Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with problem-solving commitment
- •Well-organized work style and can-do mentality
- •Team worker with fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- •Excellent documentation habits and good communication skills
- •Experience with medical image data in DICOM standard
- •Knowledge of medical imaging technology (MRI, CT, X-ray)
- •Knowledge of hospital IT networks and PACS systems
- •Willingness to travel up to 10%

Tasks
- •Lead technical investigations for customer complaints
- •Evaluate technical issues during daily system use in hospitals
- •Analyze and identify trends in product performance
- •Collect and provide feedback to R&D and Marketing
- •Improve product design and service concepts with R&D and Marketing
- •Advise during R&D design input meetings for preventative improvements
- •Gather product support requirements from various stakeholders
- •Initiate product changes based on trends and customer feedback
- •Transfer product knowledge to 2nd level customer care teams
- •Coordinate support communication with other R&D departments
- •Create and maintain support-specific documentation
