- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for alignment and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders in Germany and India
- Plan and manage on-premise and Azure cloud releases
- Champion built-in quality through shift-left practices and automation
- Foster high-performing, empowered teams with a strong product mindset
- Partner with architects and senior engineers on key technical decisions
- Work with support teams to resolve customer issues and improve products
- Contribute to software development process improvements
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
