Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the mobile experience by setting high design standards, using data to drive decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves advocating for best practices and evolving the design system to ensure a delightful user experience.

Requirements

• •5+ years of in-house experience as a Product Designer
• •Significant focus on mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
• •Deep understanding of mobile design patterns and usability principles
• •Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers
• •Strong communication and facilitation skills
• •Critical eye for high-craft design
• •Experience using data to identify problems
• •Experience working directly with Visual and Product Designers
• •Experience developing product goals and identifying opportunities

Tasks

• •Set and maintain high standards for mobile design craft
• •Ensure experiences are intuitive, accessible, and delightful
• •Take end-to-end responsibility for specific product design experiences
• •Use data to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and iterate effectively
• •Contribute to strategic decisions for the future of AutoScout24's mobile experience
• •Advocate for mobile best practices in interaction design, motion, performance, and platform conventions
• •Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across mobile platforms
• •Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional improvement
• •Actively participate in and contribute to the design community
