Requirements

  • Several years of experience in process management, data management, or business operations in a complex, international environment
  • Service experience is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes, process governance, roles & authorizations, and Clean Core principles
  • Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating change requests, cross-process impacts, and preparing decision-ready assessments
  • Experience with process documentation and governance tools (e.g. Signavio)
  • Experience with reporting or BI environments
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • German is a plus

Tasks

  • Govern global Service process landscape
  • Ensure quality, consistency, lifecycle management, and documentation approvals
  • Own global Service change request backlog
  • Coordinate cross-process input
  • Support prioritization of change requests
  • Conduct structured impact evaluations
  • Design and maintain cross-system roles and authorization concepts
  • Ensure SoD compliance
  • Align with global governance standards
  • Support implementation of global process templates
  • Coordinate incidents
  • Govern justified exceptions
  • Minimize process customization
  • Coordinate Service reporting requirements
  • Ensure end-to-end process KPI definitions
  • Act as governance and quality gate
  • Drive effective communication
  • Enable end-users

Work Experience

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
