- 15+ years designing highly scalable distributed/fullstack systems
- 10+ years building and operating SaaS products

- Strong desire to lean all in on agentic development
- Passion for building autonomous agents
- Drive technical architecture for company/product line
- Desire to work with technologists, product owners, business leaders
- Ability/desire to draw big lines/boxes, understand code under load
- Ability/desire to communicate and influence executives
- Experience designing agentic products
- Experience building systems leveraging LLMs/ML models
- Experience with enterprise integration using Apache Camel
- Experience architecting event-driven systems using Apache Pulsar
- Experience defining test, build, and deploy strategies
- Solid understanding of workforce management
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations
Tasks
- Drive architectural vision for AI agents
- Develop technical strategy for agent development
- Participate in FinTech product strategy discussions
- Collaborate with engineering and product directors
- Deliver Team agent products from design to production
- Work with other senior engineers on agent patterns
- Evolve efficient development practices for agents
- Collaborate with product managers on Team Agent vision
- Participate actively in Team Agent development
- Mentor and develop technical leadership in Team and Fintech
