Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Master’s/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields
  • 6–8+ years experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions
  • Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy)
  • Skill in AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
  • Familiarity with C#, R, or JavaScript (plus)
  • Experience deploying scalable AI systems to cloud environments (AWS)
  • Experience integrating vector databases, DevOps pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong knowledge of validation practices, model reproducibility, and regulatory frameworks (GxP standards)
  • Experience in clinical trial data workflows
  • Familiarity with clinical trial lifecycles, data standards, and regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or aerospace)
