- At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Technical Sales, or Customer Success in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields
- Ability to structure complex challenges and build productive relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and excel in dynamic environments
- Strong grasp of technological and business concepts
- Prior experience in the banking or financial industry
- Experience with compliance, AML, and Fraud
- Fluent German and English communication skills
Tasks
- Partner with the Sales team to identify client needs
- Design customized solutions for clients' challenges
- Assess and communicate risk factors of proposed solutions
- Prepare and deliver tailored solution demonstrations
- Contribute to business cases and pricing for solutions
- Manage the RFP process, including proposal development
- Lead clients through proof of concept delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide market input to the Product team for roadmap planning
