Description

As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will drive the success of Meta campaigns by optimizing strategies and leveraging advanced features. This role involves continuous testing, data analysis, and collaboration with teams to ensure impactful growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• •4-6 years of hands-on Meta campaign management and optimization
• •Deep knowledge of Meta’s automation and advanced bidding strategies
• •Expertise using incrementality and lift testing for channel optimization
• •Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
• •Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Looker or Databricks
• •Skilled user of Smartly or similar campaign management platforms
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Fluency in English
• •Willingness to relocate to Berlin
• •Experience with other paid social platforms such as TikTok or Pinterest
• •Background in travel, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces
• •Familiarity with programmatic or broader digital marketing innovation
