Coordinating and dispatching operational shifts for wafer and final test equipment at a semiconductor solution provider. Technical training or 5+ years operator experience required; initial leadership experience ideal. Remote work option available.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics) or minimum 5 years operator experience with above-average performance
- Ideally, initial leadership experience
- Semiconductor production knowledge advantageous
- Structured, committed, and responsible work style
- Assertiveness combined with cooperative team behavior
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Quick decision-making ability (independent and team-based)
- Very good German language skills, basic English language skills
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom (non-smoker premise)
Tasks
- Operate and monitor wafer and final test equipment
- Perform maintenance and setup tasks
- Organize and coordinate operational shifts
- Manage dispatching during shifts
- Conduct shift handovers
- Lead line briefings
- Plan personnel and resource deployment per shift
- Ensure equipment availability and operational readiness
- Train and guide operators with the Manufacturing Manager
- Make process control decisions based on guidelines
- Collaborate with Process, Development, Quality, and Service teams
- Review manufacturing and safety documents
- Represent the Manufacturing Manager outside normal shifts
- Fulfill production targets for quality, deadlines, lead time, and productivity
- Perform incident management
- Implement operational, cleanroom, and safety regulations
- Perform stand-in tasks as needed
- Manage time and priorities effectively
