Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in B2B environment, ideally in Call Centres or Customer Service
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or start-up setting (plus)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and deliver outcomes
  • Solid MS Office skills, emphasis on Excel/Tableau
  • Experience of end-to-end system integration (plus)
