- •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field
- •5+ years experience in mechanical design engineering
- •Expertise in machine design and high-precision systems
- •Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD and PDM
- •Knowledge of materials selection and international standards
- •Experience with high-precision manufacturing and verification
- •Understanding of safety requirements and multidisciplinary design
- •Experience in vacuum technology and FE simulations
- •Structured, analytical working style

- •Design high-precision mechanical systems from concept to production
- •Take technical ownership of components and assemblies
- •Perform mechanical calculations, simulations, and tolerancing
- •Review designs for quality, robustness, and manufacturability
- •Collaborate with production, procurement, and external suppliers
- •Coordinate with quality, electronics, and service teams
- •Support industrialization and manufacturing transfer processes
- •Conduct design reviews and FMEA risk assessments
- •Execute validation activities for mechanical designs
- •Develop design standards and best practices
- •Mentor other engineers as a technical sparring partner
- •Evaluate new technologies and materials for performance improvements
