- Ensure high-quality pre-sales execution across priority accounts
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers
- Orchestrate cross-functional partners to deliver customer outcomes
- Influence product direction through structured field feedback
- Standardize repeatable pre-sales plays and solution frameworks
- Communicate complex value to VP and C-level stakeholders
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales motion
- Deliver value-based engagements to accelerate pipeline
- Coach the team through 1:1s and development plans
- Provide continuous feedback, mentoring, and career progression
- Partner with customers on network and security transformation
- Serve as a trusted customer voice internally
