Requirements
- •Proven success in setting up and scaling refurbished business
- •Deep understanding of refurb value chain, economics & KPIs
- •Hands-on experience with reverse logistics, grading, quality & diagnostic flows
- •Partner/vendor management, SLAs, hybrid operation models
- •Experience with trade-in / buy-back sourcing and pricing mechanisms
- •Knowledge of compliance & data erasure standards (GDPR, WEEE)
- •Familiarity with required tools & systems (WMS/OMS, diagnostics, serialization)
- •Experience with tooling/tech stacks: WMS/OMS, diagnostic tools, serialization/IMEI, tracking
- •Ability to translate strategy into executable operating models, processes & pilot plans
- •Proven success in international venture building / omnichannel refurbished platform business
- •Extensive retail experience
- •Deep commercial understanding and proven experience in P&L responsibility
- •Tech savvy, strong innovation acumen

- •Establish data privacy and compliance measures
