Requirements

- Prior experience scaling PLM environments in high-growth startup or SME
- Familiarity with quality management systems and industry regulations (ATEX directives)
- Experience in AI-enabled or robotics-based product companies
Tasks
- Define and govern multi-level BOM structures for complex robotic systems.
- Ensure BOM alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service.
- Manage product configurations, variants, and component reuse strategies.
- Support platform-based development.
- Enforce part-numbering schemes, revision control, and BOM rules.
- Maintain 100% data integrity.
- Own the strategic roadmap for the PLM environment.
- Oversee PLM environment implementation.
- Administer the PLM environment functionally.
- Manage the Digital Thread across CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES.
- Ensure real-time data synchronization across systems.
- Oversee product release lifecycle states, access, and workflows.
- Manage configuration baselines.
- Ensure flawless product structure transfer from PLM to MES.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to define production routings.
- Define assembly sequences and digital work instructions in MES.
- Maintain As-Built traceability.
- Ensure consistency between MES data and ERP production orders.
- Lead ECR and ECO processes.
- Ensure controlled change propagation across all systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows.
- Reduce New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle times.
- Improve manufacturing scalability.
- Conduct regular product data audits.
- Implement corrective actions for data reliability.
- Ensure Single Source of Truth reliability.
