Tasks
- Manage the infrastructure portfolio and strategy
- Develop regional and global infrastructure programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Establish and enforce infrastructure policy frameworks
- Drive energy management and gap analysis initiatives
- Oversee facility partner performance and contract governance
- Align stakeholders to optimize service delivery
- Translate global strategies into actionable site plans
- Communicate objectives to ensure operational consistency
- Manage strategic internal and external partner relationships
- Plan infrastructure budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate engineering and sustainability with HSE teams
- Implement standards for retained and outsourced capabilities
- Provide daily oversight of outsourced infrastructure teams
- Monitor KPIs and service delivery against SLAs
