- Manage OS administration for RedHat and SuSE

- Conduct disaster recovery activities during plant maintenance
- Monitor system performance and diagnose issues
- Implement solutions for system issues
- Execute system patching
- Create documentation and SOPs for the team
- Handle hardware calls as needed
- Dispatch tickets and manage the queue
- Mentor team members
- Respond to critical and high-severity incidents
