Requirements
- •Over 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- •Focus on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- •Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or comparable experience
- •Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules (advantageous)
- •Several years of project work experience
- •Strong consulting expertise
- •In-depth knowledge of HR processes
- •High affinity for modern cloud technologies
- •High flexibility and willingness to travel

- •Lead SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals projects from conception to go-live
- •Develop practical solutions for annual reviews and target agreements
- •Manage and control project streams alongside project management
- •Apply HR expertise to design complex technical requirements
- •Implement technical solutions and create structured documentation
- •Conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- •Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- •Perform requirements analyses and prepare cost estimates
- •Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- •Support colleagues with complex issues and transfer knowledge
- •Mentor young professionals within the team
- •Continuously develop your hard and soft skills
