Senior IT Support Technician(m/w/x)
Onsite end-user device support and IT asset inventory management. Advanced ServiceNow support and hardware setup required. Basic warehouse operations familiarity, handheld device configuration.
Requirements
- Strong 2nd level desktop support skills (Windows 10, VPN, Citrix, Microsoft 365)
- Proficient with end-user devices, mobile device setup (iOS, Android), and peripherals
- Experience with Wi-Fi/WLAN, video conferencing, and collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and handheld device configuration
- Familiar with IT infrastructure, file/print services, Active Directory, and basic server/network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, ITIL V3 Foundation certified, and change/risk management awareness
- Strong customer service mindset, problem-solving ability, and end-to-end issue ownership
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Presentation and training abilities for small groups
- Good English and German skills
Tasks
- Support end-user devices onsite
- Manage IT asset inventory
- Maintain IT equipment physically
- Set up and maintain end-user hardware
- Provide advanced IT support via ServiceNow
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues
- Take ownership of complex incidents
- Manage IT incidents and problems
- Support local IT projects and rollouts
- Maintain accurate asset records
- Serve as primary IT support
- Support other European sites occasionally
- Participate in IT projects
- Provide remote and on-site support
- Be available on-call
- Represent IT services within the organization
