Global HR analytics and data governance for workforce planning at an electrified mobility solutions provider. 5+ years HR analytics and SAP HCM data experience required. Focus on electrified mobility projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years HR analytics, workforce planning experience
- Strong hands-on SAP HCM or SAP data structures/integration experience
- Proficiency in data extraction, modeling, transformation (SQL preferred)
- Advanced analytics, visualization skills (Power BI knowledge advantageous)
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Experience with data governance, GDPR, multi-country data management
- Basic understanding of ESG reporting
- Ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Fluent English (proficient level)
Tasks
- Design and manage global HR analytics and reporting frameworks
- Establish HR data governance processes across all locations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce analytics
- Analyze headcount, turnover, and productivity data
- Conduct workforce planning and cost per employee analysis
- Collaborate with HR, Controlling, Finance, IT, and ESG teams
- Collect, validate, and centralize HR data from SAP HCM
- Ensure HR data integrity and GDPR compliance
- Perform staff cost analysis and support budgeting
- Generate ESG and gender pay gap reports
- Ensure compliance with EU pay transparency requirements
- Build scalable data models using BI tools
- Develop automated dashboards using BI tools
- Deliver regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to stakeholders
- Monitor data quality across HR systems
- Support HR technology initiatives
- Mentor junior HR analysts
- Foster HR analytics capability across the organization
