- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot)
- Understanding of building and improving full-funnel journeys
- Proficiency with KPIs like CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Data-driven decision making
- Enjoyment of improving tracking, dashboards, and reporting
- Empathy with target audience and understanding of pain points
- Ability to translate insights into compelling campaigns and narratives
- Combination of data analysis and creativity
- Seamless collaboration with Content, Product, and Sales

Tasks
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and pipeline
- Build and manage landing pages and conversion funnels
- Run data-driven experiments to improve performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations
- Translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns
- Manage multi-channel campaigns with a focus on qualified leads
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and ROI optimization
- Own the Marketing CRM (HubSpot) and automate email flows
- Create and optimize targeted landing pages
- Experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs
- Identify and fix funnel leaks to increase conversion rates
- Develop and test hypotheses using data tools
- Analyze and scale successful experiments
- Support Sales with ICP and persona refinement
- Develop and execute ABM-style campaigns
- Introduce new marketing ideas and tools
- Improve marketing processes and tools
- Collaborate with freelancers and agencies
