Description

In this role, you will take charge of the frontend architecture for a key product while collaborating with various teams to enhance UI/UX standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing scalable features, mentoring peers, and driving engineering best practices.

Requirements

• •6+ years of professional experience in modern frontend development
• •Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management patterns, performance optimization, and large-scale component design
• •Solid product mindset focusing on usability, UX, business value, and technical scalability
• •Experience collaborating in agile, fast-paced environments
• •Familiarity with SDK development, client-side debugging, and working with API-driven products
• •Passion for mentorship and knowledge sharing
• •Excellent English communication skills
• •Berlin-based or willing to relocate
• •Experience with other frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Angular)
• •Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native concepts
• •Familiarity with ISO 27001-aligned engineering practices
• •Experience in agentic coding workflows, AI-powered development tooling, or advanced dev tooling

Tasks

• •Take ownership of frontend architecture for the Data Pipeline product
• •Maintain fluency across other codebases including Importer, User Platform, and Admin Panel
• •Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend features using React and TypeScript
• •Contribute reference-level code for complex UI challenges
• •Shape and improve the design system, component patterns, and UI/UX standards
• •Establish and promote engineering best practices for performance and accessibility
• •Drive code quality through structured reviews and pair programming
• •Lead and maintain an engineering-led frontend backlog
• •Collaborate with Product and Backend teams for smooth API integration
• •Mentor frontend engineers to elevate engineering maturity
• •Play a key role in the long-term frontend strategy
