Tasks
- Support annual budgeting process across departments
- Maintain and improve rolling forecast
- Prepare mid-term financial plans
- Support long-range planning processes
- Develop and run scenario analyses
- Establish and drive operational reporting cadences
- Conduct weekly KPI check-ins with key stakeholders
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs
- Ensure full transparency on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Perform ongoing variance and trend analyses
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Support preparation of ad-hoc analyses and management updates
- Act as financial partner to selected departments
- Support planning and performance tracking
- Challenge assumptions and provide financial guidance
- Build financial models and business cases
- Work with and develop planning and forecasting tools
- Ensure data consistency between FP&A tools, BI systems, and ERP
- Contribute to automation and standardization of FP&A processes
- Improve data quality and reporting efficiency
