Requirements
- •M.Sc. or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Space Engineering, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in development and/or operation of Flight Dynamics Systems (FDS) and/or Mission Control Systems (MCS)
- •Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of orbital mechanics, astrodynamics, and spacecraft operations
- •Proficiency in scientific programming (e.g., Python, Java, or Fortran)
- •Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver high-quality software in collaborative environment
- •Experience working directly with satellite operators or in operational satellite missions
- •Ability to travel occasionally to main offices in Germany
- •Valid EU work authorization
- •Experience working with an international team fully or partially remote
- •Experience with SSA/SST systems, sensor fusion, or catalog maintenance
- •Familiarity with ground segment software, mission planning tools, and telemetry/telecommand workflows

- •Collaborate with satellite operators to capture operational requirements

- •Conduct verification and validation (V&V) campaigns using real-world datasets
- •Provide technical leadership to the engineering team
- •Support customer deployments and provide expert guidance during mission preparation
