Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Operational or Technology Risk
  • Relevant certification is a plus
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing complex, group-wide frameworks
  • Strong understanding of impact-based resilience
  • Strong understanding of critical business services
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end service mapping
  • Interest in leveraging technology and innovation, including AI
  • Coding or scripting experience is an asset
  • Very good stakeholder management skills
  • Very good communication skills in cross-functional environments

Tasks

  • Drive group-wide Operational Resilience framework implementation
  • Translate resilience principles into practical processes
  • Ensure critical services continue within impact tolerances
  • Design and oversee scenario-based testing
  • Turn testing insights into actionable improvements
  • Ensure remediation actions are effectively closed
  • Act as central subject matter expert
  • Support business, IT, risk, and continuity teams
  • Promote a culture of preparedness and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate coordination during crisis situations
  • Safeguard reliable bank operations in dynamic environments

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
