Requirements

  • •Strong Master Data experience in SAP R3 or S4 Hana and MS Office
  • •Significant working experience in Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Site
  • •Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a GMP environment
  • •Certification in APICS and/or CPIM
  • •Adaptability in a project environment and fast changing business
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Conceptual and strategic thinking mindset

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Manage Master Data Setup in SAP R3 for multiple filling lines
  • •Design and modify BOMs, Recipes, resources, COA Profiles, Inspection Plans, and Inspection Characteristics in SAP
  • •Improve processes and update SOPs for new part setup and BOM creation
  • •Create and maintain part codes in SAP (Material Master)
  • •Implement required changes within the SAP system
  • •Design, prepare, and write master data governance documents and process descriptions
  • •Track master data KPIs and implement corrective actions
