Requirements

  • Vocational training or studies in IT, economics, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant business processes
  • At least 4 years of professional experience supporting ERP systems
  • Excellent skills in needs identification, software/system design, service delivery, problem management, and technology monitoring
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality; strong analytical and conceptual skills; teamwork; effective communication with diverse stakeholders; structured and calm under complex situations
  • Advanced proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Capture and prioritize business requirements
  • Maintain the product backlog
  • Translate needs into functional specifications
  • Coordinate solution design and development
  • Manage release processes and test case creation
  • Conduct acceptance testing
  • Support ERP users and manage change requests
  • Provide guidance to ensure smooth system operation
  • Drive ERP implementation and service delivery
  • Ensure SLA compliance and performance improvements
  • Collaborate with business units and external partners
  • Customize ERP for local requirements
  • Monitor and optimize the ERP landscape
  • Analyze root causes of issues
