  • •Review implementations to ensure technical excellence
  • •Structure and accept detailed work packages
  • •Provide effort estimations and feasibility assessments
  • •Coach and mentor consultants and solution architects
  • •Drive knowledge transfer and team training
  • •Provide process and tool advisory for operating models
  • •Configure customer environments based on solution designs
  • •Conduct complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • •Create architecture documentation and stakeholder presentations
  • •Support pre-sales activities with high-level solution concepts
  • •Design and review complex integration architectures
  • •Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks
  • •Deliver tool training for customers and partners
