Requirements
- PhD or Master degree in Computer Science, E/E, Mathematics or relevant engineering majors
- Industrial experiences in AI relevant domains (plus)
- Solid background in mathematics, linear algebra, and statistics
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning theoretical foundations
- Research experiences in AI safety approaches
- Record of publications in renowned conferences or journals
- Hands-on experiences with open-sourced agentic platforms
- Hands-on experiences in latest ML methods (plus)
- Experience with foundation models for agentic applications
- Excellent programming skills and ML framework experience
- Strong programming skill in Python, C/C++, Rust, or Julia
- Proficiency in assisted development with automated code generation (wished)
- Experience and knowledge of system safety design (plus)
Tasks
- Investigate state-of-the-art reliability research for generative AI
- Analyze safety and reliability in agentic systems
- Identify and formalize technical challenges and deficiencies
- Conduct independent research on high-priority technical topics
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals
- Lead and contribute to internal and external projects
- Collaborate with domain experts and academic researchers
- Deliver impactful research results to the organization
- Manage partnerships with universities and research institutions
