- •Strong understanding of processes and systems
- •Experience translating requirements into implementable solutions
- •Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- •Analytical mindset and structured thinking

- •Fluency in English; German is advantageous

Tasks
- •Translate regulatory reporting changes into actionable data requirements
- •Analyze field-level changes and their downstream effects
- •Improve regulatory reporting processes and system workflows
- •Act as a bridge between regulatory requirements and IT implementation
- •Collaborate with traders, operations, IT, and compliance teams
- •Support enhancements to internal reporting systems and Trade Repository interfaces
- •Assist with regulatory change initiatives and remediation activities
- •Drive standardization and automation efforts
- •Maintain transparency around regulatory logic and implementation decisions
- •Facilitate knowledge sharing through documentation
- •Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making
- •Communicate regulatory insights and updates to stakeholders
