Requirements

  • Technical education (e.g., HTL) or university degree in embedded electrical/electronics engineering
  • 7+ years electronics development experience (circuit design, layout, testing)
  • At least 2 years space electronics development experience
  • Solid understanding of system requirements
  • Knowledge of space standards (ECSS) is a plus
  • Team player with solution-oriented working style
  • Proficiency with EDA tools (e.g., Pulsonix, Altium Designer, LTSpice, HyperLynx, or similar)
  • Very good English skills
  • German skills is a plus

Tasks

  • Lead safety-relevant space hardware development
  • Collaborate with systems, design, testing, and qualification teams
  • Develop concepts to production of highly integrated electronics
  • Define and coordinate hardware architecture
  • Perform requirements analyses
  • Conduct design analyses and simulations
  • Implement and support hardware design and testing
  • Maintain design documentation and reporting
  • Participate in key technical decisions
  • Ensure project-wide conformity of hardware development
