- Broad working knowledge spanning research, pre-clinical, process, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory
- Strong knowledge in Cardiometabolic, Endocrinology or Fertility
- Experience in conducting and leading Due Diligences
- Demonstrated experience of honing in on key questions
- Demonstrated experience of guiding diligence teams
Tasks
- Lead scientific and technical due diligence processes
- Evaluate potential partnering, acquisition, and licensing deals
- Utilize expertise in global drug development
- Leverage internal and external expert knowledge
- Deliver comprehensive due diligence assessments
- Support senior management in key investment decisions
- Conduct and lead due diligence activities
- Identify and focus on key questions
- Guide diligence teams effectively
