Tasks
- Define and own global dialyzer portfolio strategy
- Create long-term roadmap for premium, core, and value segments
- Balance growth, profitability, and complexity in portfolio
- Govern full product lifecycle from innovation to phase-out
- Manage innovation pipeline, introductions, SKU rationalization
- Handle legacy transitions and global value propositions
- Set positioning and pricing guardrails
- Provide executive oversight for major launches
- Ensure cross-functional readiness for portfolio transitions
- Accelerate adoption, penetration, revenue, and margins
- Align global strategy with regional execution
- Guide price-sensitive market approaches
- Manage tenders, VBP, and OEM strategies
- Respond to low-cost and emerging competitors
- Maintain global consistency in strategy
- Lead and mentor global product management team
- Develop future-ready capabilities
- Establish robust portfolio governance
- Implement KPI-based performance management
- Advise senior leadership on key trade-offs
