Requirements
- Proven record of accomplishment in online advertising outbound sales
- Agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
- Experience working with blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
- Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
- Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
- Capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
- Effective communication skills with C-level clients
- Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
- Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations
Tasks
- Lead a high-performing team of Agency Business Development Managers
- Drive strategic partnerships with Agency Holding Companies
- Cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives at key agency partners
- Articulate the unique value proposition of the media buying platform
- Leverage industry insights to drive platform adoption
- Accelerate revenue growth through collaboration with the Brand Business Development team
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with agencies
- Advocate for client needs in product roadmap prioritization
- Represent TTD's expertise and vision on global and regional platforms
