Senior Director Base CVP & Loyalty(m/w/x)

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or quantitative field
- 10-15 years experience in customer value management, pricing, or loyalty (telecom or subscription industry ideal)
- 5+ years senior leadership (Director+) with accountability for CVP, pricing, loyalty, budget/P&L
- Deep functional expertise in CVP design, inlife pricing, loyalty program management, segment propositions, cross/upsell mechanics
- Broad commercial skillset: GTM execution, customer experience design, commercial management, offer engines, loyalty platforms
- Strong commercial awareness of Swiss telecom market: competitor propositions, pricing dynamics, loyalty mechanics, regulatory constraints
- Proven ability to lead heterogeneous, cross-functional teams, align disciplines around shared KPIs
- Strategic, data-driven leader: translate market/regulatory developments into CVP/loyalty strategies for margin protection and growth
Tasks
- Own end-to-end Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for existing customers
- Define segment-specific propositions to increase share of wallet, RGUs, and bill size
- Align base CVP with Acquisition CVP
- Ensure consistent base CVP delivery across all channels
- Collaborate with Acquisition CVP, IT, and commercial teams
- Lead Go-to-Market execution for the customer base
- Manage campaigns, promotions, and channel playbooks
- Align Go-to-Market execution with commercial targets and customer experience
- Define and manage in-life pricing
- Ensure pricing consistency across the customer lifecycle
- Balance pricing with growth, margin, and regulatory requirements
- Own pricing governance and sales commissioning budgets
- Ensure incentives support CVP and loyalty objectives
- Define, develop, and execute the Sunrise Rewards loyalty program
- Drive customer engagement, active customer base, and churn reduction
- Achieve incremental sales and share of wallet through loyalty program
- Deliver on revenue targets for the loyalty program
- Manage the Moments roadmap for Sunrise Rewards
- Oversee Sunrise Rewards customer communication and processes
- Manage partner integration for Sunrise Rewards
- Lead cross-functional and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Consumer Platform, IT, and Customer Care
- Coordinate with partners to deliver value and loyalty strategy
