- Evolve CI/CD platform for fast, reliable feedback
- Implement and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Establish and maintain distinct development environments
- Align delivery processes with medical-grade standards
- Build scalable test infrastructure for system-level testing
- Enhance developer experience with standardized service templates
- Deploy Snke Theater products on the Snke Healthcare platform
- Define and track key delivery performance metrics
