Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als DevOps Engineer
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Linux (Kernel, Filesysteme, Netzwerk)
  • Bash Scripting
  • Git und CI/CD (z.B. GitLab Pipelines)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Java (Analyse und Troubleshooting)
  • Erfahrung mit Observability / Monitoring Tools
  • Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentbit, Log Collection
  • Verständnis von Algorithmen und Datenstrukturen
  • Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (z.B. Finanzbranche) von Vorteil
  • Deutsch fliessend zwingend
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Flexibilität
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Fokus auf Delivery und Team-Bedürfnisse

Tasks

  • Kubernetes / OpenShift Plattformen betreiben und weiterentwickeln
  • Deployment-Prozesse automatisieren und optimieren
  • Systeme und Logs analysieren und monitoren
  • Mit Entwicklungsteams im DevOps-Umfeld zusammenarbeiten
  • Stabilität und Performance der Systeme sicherstellen
