Tasks
- Design and secure development infrastructure
- Operate on-premise and Azure environments
- Ensure operational excellence in development, build, test, and deployment
- Support over 200 developers in a cross-site DevSecOps team
- Manage and scale development infrastructure and tools
- Evolve hybrid development landscape with Azure DevOps
- Implement multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Integrate security throughout CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container, infrastructure scanning)
- Follow OWASP DevSecOps guidance
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, Azure ARM/Bicep
- Automate VM lifecycle on VMware
- Create repeatable environment builds and golden images
- Provision and support standardized developer environments
- Ensure reliable build, test, and deployment workflows
- Standardize Docker container builds and orchestration
- Administer Git and Git LFS
- Manage artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus)
- Handle releases of multiple customer products
- Establish and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Drive performance tuning and capacity planning
- Optimize costs
- Provide technical leadership and coaching
- Collaborate with product development teams in Germany and India
- Create and maintain runbooks and documentation
- Feed AI-based knowledge bots
- Participate in incident response
- Support critical go-live periods
